Stanley Ziemski
Chairman

Stan Ziemski graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S.
Degree in Zoology and Chemistry. Worked in several sales and marketing positions with FMC Corporation. He then became Chief Operating Officer of American Oil & Supply Co. in 1974. Chairman and CEO of American Oil & Supply International and was a Founding Member of AOS Thermal Compounds. Mr. Ziemski, active for many years in CSMA and NACD, had served on the ILMA Board, was ILMA President and still serves on the Executive Committee. 
 

Timothy F. Driscol
Director

Tim Driscoll is a graduate of Villanova University with a BS in Economics and holds an MBA from Xavier University. He held various sales positions with FMC Corp before joining American Oil and Supply Co. in 1975 as General Manager.From 1986 to 2000 Tim was CEO for several U.S.companies including Wellcome Enviornmental Health, Roussel Uclaf , and Agrevo Enviornmental Health. He currently is CEO of Driscoll Management Services, LLC a consulting company in strategy development, lobbying and mergers and acquisitions. Tim is on the Board of Directors for Cambridge International, has served as President of NAMA, and Executive Vice President Chemical Producers and Distributors Association and Independent Lubricant Manufactures Association.
 

Charles Decker
President

Charles “Chuck” Decker, President of American Oil & Supply International graduated in 1994 from The State University of New York at Cortland with an economics degree and a Masters degree from Monmouth University in 1998. From 1994 to 1996 he worked on Wall Street as an investment advisor with PaineWebber in New York City. From 1996 to 2001 he was a High School teacher and Varsity Football Coach. In 2001 he joined AOSI as Sales Manager and recently became President of the company. His professional associations include ILMA, AWRF, NSAA and NAEC.
 

Victor Papanu
V.P. Research and Development

Victor Papanu, VP of Research & Development, obtained a B.S. in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a M.S. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Arizona, and a MBA from LaSalle University-MBA Award Winner. He is named as the inventor on 18 U.S. patents, covering a wide range of chemical technologies ranging from detergent builders, anti-tumor agents, materials/polymer science and electronic die attached adhesives. Professional Associations include being a member of ACS and IMAPS.
 

Jennifer Decker
V.P Finance

Jennifer Decker graduated in 1990 from Georgetown University and received an MBA in 1994 from Boston College.  After Graduating from Georgetown she interned at the White House in media relations for George H. Bush during the first gulf war.  She then spent several years with Political Action Strategies in Washington, D.C and also worked for the planning and marketing department for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  She joined AOS after completing her MBA in 1994.  Today she is responsible for all the accounting and financial reporting for all of AOS’s business units.
 

Lesley Maddalena
Inside Sales Coordinator

Lesley attended the University of Delaware and started with American Oil & Supply International in October of 2004 as a sales assistant.  In a short period of time she grew into a new position as inside sales coordinator for the entire company.
